If a guest does have a physical card, they can stop at the ticket window or ELTP to get their physical card. Once a guest has the pass/ticket that they need, they can head out on the hill. If you purchased your pass or ticket in advance online, you have the option to use Mobile Pass and Lift Ticket through the My Epic app. This allows you to go straight to the lift using your phone as your pass or ticket.
